2.1  Determine if the Banner Faculty Load and Compensation module would be viable for Barton's faculty contracts

Have printed out two copies of the Banner Employee Self-Service Faculty Load (FLAC) and Compensation Handbook (one for Human Resources and one for Enrollment Services) because the FLAC functionality encompasses both modules in Banner and self-service.

2.2  Evaluate whether or not customized employment guides can be consolidated to three or four guides and whether a table of contents would enhance readability During the evaluation, it was determined to place the New Employee Guide onto the College's web site in four sections (faculty, associate faculty, staff and students) where it is easy to access and to produce a snap-shop hard copies of the guides once each academic term.

2.3  Set-up HR rules for the Banner Data Management System so that personnel files can be imaged Have begun reading the Banner Data Management System manual.

2.4  Review the Human Resources Personal Data Sheet and map the processes surrounding this sheet. Identify other areas affected by sheet and their processes. Improve the processes by creating training and documenting through videos and paper

Have completed the HR Personal Data Sheet Process Map and Entry Details, revised the HR Personal Data Sheet and procedures, and developed a training video on using the Banner Common Matching Entry form (GOAMTCH) to assist data entry areas from creating duplicate person records. In the process of submitting the Action Project Outcome Report.
